"Another Dimension"

As a single mother navigating college, I found myself confronted with the daunting task of removing my own mask. I constantly struggled with imposter syndrome and who I was as an individual. In the sculpture I intentionally gravitated toward real bark and crystals on the outside, but the inside structure is foam.

 

By removing our masks, we not only reveal our true selves but also cultivate empathy and understanding for the diverse experiences of those around us.
