Grand Rising, Beautiful Souls!
My name Is Haley, thank you for taking the time to explore my website and learn a little bit about me. I believe we can all learn from each others stories. Through connection, we learn we are not alone which is empowering and the more empowered we are, the more we empower others. So, I hope my story inspires you to create in some way.
My journey as an artist, public speaker, and guide/coach, is deeply intertwined with my diverse life experiences. I've worn many hats - from serving as a medic in the army, being a personal trainer, venturing into entrepreneurship, and advocating for sexual abuse victims. Today, I find purpose in inspiring others on their journeys, encouraging them to trust their intuition and embrace awareness.
My artistic exploration began in childhood, but it took a backseat as I navigated the challenges of survival. However, in 2016, a profound awakening prompted me to return to my passion for art and using that as a medium to help others grow as art can be performance as well. I've been featured at multiple exhibits, I’ve done open mics, hosted group meditations, sound baths, breathwork, hiking and art therapy events.
My purpose through art encompassing mind, body and soul; is more than just aesthetics; it's a reflection of introspection and contemplation, inviting people to transcend the confines of traditional artistic expression. As I continue on my journey, my intention remains steadfast - to inspire others to explore their innermost selves. We can all create, regardless if you've never created before and that includes our own lives and recreating who we thought we were.

I look forward to connecting with you!
You are enough.
I started my journey toward self love back in 2016. I was going through a divorce and needed a healthy outlet. I signed up for my first Powerlifting competition in 2017. Prior to that I played rugby since High School. I've had the opportunity to compete in multiple Powerlifting meets, Strongman competitions, ran a half marathon and played football for the Sioux Falls Snow Leopards.
The journey is not only physical, it's mental. We have to dig deep and face our shadows in order to stop repeating cycles of generational trauma. I strive to share my stories to connect with others who are also on a path of finding themselves.
I'd love to hear your story!
